Impression

My work is based on how social media can have a possible negative influence on one's self-image. The strive to be perfect and present yourself in a certain way can be demeaning and harmful and I wanted to portray that in a collage style way. I decided not to have any dialogue in the video as I thought it would take away from the creepy impression. It is meant to be presented on a smaller scale, probably a YouTube video or any regular iPhone screen.
I decided to utilize ASMR style sounds and cool-toned lighting to make the whole video more intimate and personal.
